The project totally dredged a contaminated area of 1720m2, with a contaminated earthwork of 7740m3. The pollution factors were 1,2-propylene dichloride, chloroform, 1,2,3-trichloropropane and Bis (2-chloroisopropyl)ether. VOCs contaminated soil of the site was successfully remediated by physical ventilation remediation technology, and this was the first case of such application in Nanjing soil remediation field.
