The project was an anti-seepage engineering of the dump leaching plant, solution tank, regulating reservoir for flood control and anti-seepage wall. The plane anti-seepage engineering covered an area of about 600,000m2 and a total investment of about RMB120million, and the vertical anti-seepage engineering covered an area of about15,000m2 and a total investment of about RMB24million.
